The production of homemade Zaatar requires special cabinets to dry it, in order to keep it away from sunlight and dust. I drew and designed the cabinets to accommodate the largest possible number of drawers and at the same time be well ventilated, and I added fans to suck the moist air from inside the cabinets to maintain air circulation healthy and pure.
